Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)

What exactly is WEEE?

WEEE, also known as Directive 2002/96/EC, is a European Union (EU) standard that states all electronic products are designed with environmentally-safe recycling and recovery in mind. Basically, WEEE standards regulate the safe disposal of components or equipment.
